Why This Role
We are looking for a Manager Service & Maintenance (Technical Support Services) on behalf of our client Kuwait Drilling Fluid (KDF).
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a well-established oilfield services organization. The selected candidate will oversee key technical divisions; engineering maintenance and asset integrity ensuring operational reliability efficiency and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in driving KDFs preventive maintenance strategy modernization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the Technical Support Services strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma practices.
- Champion digital transformation and enterprise asset management platforms.
- Ensure systematic and compliant execution of engineering projects through strong governance.
- Provide expert leadership in design troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Oversee installation commissioning and optimization of new manufacturing units.
- Ensure technical compliance and high standards in all engineering projects.
- Develop and implement preventive predictive and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Lead equipment upgrades and modernization projects.
- Standardize maintenance practices to enhance uptime and cost efficiency.
- Oversee asset integrity in accordance with API ISO ASME and OSHA standards.
- Implement risk-based inspection and lifecycle management programs.
- Strengthen technical compliance HSE assurance and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and mentor technical teams fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project prioritization budgeting and performance reporting to executive management.
- Represent the function in board-level reviews and audits.
What Were Looking For in You:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 15 years experience in engineering maintenance and asset integrity management.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within industrial or oilfield environments.
- Expertise in SAP EAM Maximo or similar asset management systems.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading digital and operational transformation initiatives.
