This initiative supports Multiverses continued growth and reinforces the structure around the development of CompactifAI and our work on Large Language Models (LLMs) - two key pillars of our expansion.
This promotion cycle is effective immediately and for this round only the process has been adapted to provide quicker responses to the companys rapid growth needs.

Basic Qualifications
To be eligible for this internal promotion cycle you must:
- Be a current Multiverse employee in an Individual Contributor role.
- Have successfully passed your 6-month probation period.

- Decision & Onboarding: Successful candidates will be notified and their new title and compensation will take effect as of the promotion date.
