- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to help hire team members.
- Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace and engage with employees including assisting with internal communications and gathering feedback.
- Manage the administrative process for new hires coordinating successful employee onboarding.
- Support the necessary paperwork and coordination for employee offboarding procedures.
- Assist the HR team in researching and ensuring the companys adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations taking care of compliance if any.
- Help communicate and document internal policies working with department heads to ensure adherence of all policies by the team.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
