WINTER - 26 WKS -TRAVEL EXP - MS/Tele RN - R9340 CONTRACT MUST CONTINUE INTO MAY. EARLIEST END DATE: MAY 4 26* Week Assignment Travelers may request standard and/or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however approval is at the client s discretion Will position float between units: Yes Is on-call required No Are weekends required Yes According to scheduling needs Are block schedules required No What are expected ratios 1:5-6 Special requirements: Orthotrauma care: Managing Post op ortho trauma surgery blood administration wound vacs CPM etc. Are 48 hours approved: No Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds: 379 Level II Trauma Center Department Uniform/Dress: a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Childrens Hospital (PED Pedi PICU NICU). Womens Services (L&D Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US CNA PCA NT MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
