Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $32 - $40 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available: 8-hour shift

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a PRN (as-needed) role at our healthcare facility in Baltimore MD. As a Registered Nurse you will provide direct patient care collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure high standards of care and safety for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care and monitor patients health status.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Assist in procedures and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility policies.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions treatments and self-care.
Assist with patient assessments and provide feedback on treatment progress.
Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical moments.
Adhere to all clinical guidelines regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
