Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible scheduling and the chance to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with the plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to supervising RN or physician.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing feeding and mobility.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York.
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
