Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients assist with daily clinical tasks and support the nursing team as needed. This role offers flexible scheduling and hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Administer medications and monitor for side effects
Record patient information and report changes in condition
Support daily activities such as hygiene and mobility
Follow safety procedures and comply with healthcare regulations
Communicate effectively with team members and patients

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
