Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team in Addison IL. The RN will provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes ensuring comfort dignity and high-quality clinical support during end-of-life care.
Responsibilities include assessing patients creating and managing care plans administering medications monitoring symptoms and providing education and emotional support to families. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver coordinated and patient-centered care.
Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Minimum of one year of RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)

Current BLS and CPR certification (support available if not current)

Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Start and end times vary by day. Includes one 24-hour weekend shift per month two weekday on-call shifts per month (5:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and two holidays per year (one summer one winter) with three floating holidays. Additional stipends and compensation are provided for on-call responsibilities. Dedicated after-hours RN coverage is available nightly.
