Our client is seeking compassionate Hospice Registered Nurses to join their growing care team serving Eastern Pennsylvania. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to provide comfort and support to patients and families while working within a collaborative patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities include managing and delivering individualized patient care plans performing assessments administering medications documenting care accurately and ensuring all charting is completed within required deadlines. The nurse will support patients across various Eastern PA locations and work closely with an interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one weekend on-call rotation every 5 7 weeks (Friday evening through Sunday overnight) and two holidays per year.
Travel: Occasional local travel required
Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Minimum of two years of RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
