Hospice Registered Nurse Southwest Pennsylvania

Our client is seeking compassionate Hospice Registered Nurses to join their dedicated care team serving Pittsburgh PA and the surrounding Southwest Pennsylvania region. Responsibilities include managing and delivering individualized care plans conducting patient assessments administering medications documenting clinical notes accurately and meeting all charting deadlines. The role also involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary hospice team and supporting patients and families with compassion and professionalism.
Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Shared on-call rotation for holidays (two per year).
Travel: Local travel required within the Southwest PA region.
Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Minimum of two years of RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)

Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems tablets and mobile technology

Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
