Job Description

Position : SAP HCM Application Support Engineer
Location : Hershey PA Hybrid

Duration : Long term contract

Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.

Job description/responsibilities:

Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs) test plans and test execution for configuration and change requests.
Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work.
Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with the ABAP HR technical and integration teams.
Adhere to Project timelines documentation standards and change management processes.
