Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale state government technology modernization program focused on enhancing system integration data management and operational efficiency.

The selected consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements document system processes and support solution delivery from inception through user acceptance testing. 60 months of experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements including context diagrams dependency mapping use cases swim lane diagrams report specifications wireframes UI specifications and non-functional requirements.
60 months of experience eliciting and analyzing business needs and translating them into validated functional and non-functional requirements.
60 months of experience facilitating requirement workshops JAD sessions structured walkthroughs and conducting impact and risk assessments to ensure alignment and clarity.
36 months of experience developing test plans and test cases and collaborating with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
36 months of experience managing requirements throughout the lifecycle including traceability change control and baseline management.
24 months of experience in application or data integration projects.
