Job Summary

Job Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst (FSCM 9.2 AR/Billing Integration Testing Public Sector)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Candidates must already reside in Texas)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
Experience gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts
Hands-on experience performing end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
Experience working with MS Teams in a large team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government)
Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
Experience with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with Jira
Experience working within the Scrum framework

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Conduct fit/gap analysis to identify system needs and gaps
Support design configuration and implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM modules
Perform hands-on system integration testing with internal and third-party systems
Prepare test plans test scripts and support issue resolution
Facilitate team collaboration using MS Teams and other communication tools
Maintain documentation and provide post-implementation support as needed
