Job Description
Nurse Manager- Home Infusion Pharmacy- Spokane Washington

Schedule- Full Time/Days

Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. Determines staffing needs. Assigns staffing and is responsible for meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards. Participates in development of department policies procedures and quality management plan. Upholds the standards of confidentiality attendance and punctuality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree Nursing or healthcare related field Or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
4 years Home Infusion experience.
2 years Supervisory experience.
