WINTER -17 WK-2Y/1ST TIMERS-MS/Tele Float RN-R9314 CONTRACT MUST CONTINUE INTO JAN. EARLIEST END DATE: MAR 9 17 Week Assignment Travelers may request standard and/or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however approval is at the client s discretion Will position float between units: Yes Is on-call required No Are weekends required Yes At least every other weekend Are block schedules required No What are expected ratios 1:5 Special requirements: Are 48 hours approved: No PLEASE NOTE- Must have a vehicle for this assignment! *** Please note it s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie Newberg Portland Hood River Willamette Falls Seaside and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside they will receive /hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
