Job Summary

Job title: Sr Ruby or Java Developer
Location: Austin TX - Hybrid (Tuesday thru Thursday)

Mandatory skills (must be showcased on resume):
1. Ruby On rails
2. Any one DB
3. API Integration Micro Services Spring and Spring Boot

Job Requirements:

Lead Ruby on Rails engineer with good hands on experience (8 to 10 years) in Ruby/ Java backend
Experience with JUnit
Experience in API Integrations and micro services no-sql/SQL Shell Scripting REST API building distributed components.
Experience in development of back end applications in a Unix environment
Experience with software build tools such as Maven Nexus Gradle
Solid knowledge of web technologies such as Java J2EE (EJBs servletsJSPStruts) Application Servers Portal Applications and Standards and XML technologies.
Experience in coding designing and building RESTful APIs
Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. (Good to have)
Experience of AWS (Good to Have)
Knowledge of performance and profiling testing highly desired(jProbe jMeter YourKit) Good to have
Experience using GitHub
Excellent communication
Problem solving
Self-starter
Candidate should be able to work in distributed teams and Agile based projects.
