Job Summary

Fulfillment Manager

Lpcation - Gurgaon

Industry - Agriculture

Oversee the entire fulfillment process from order placement to delivery.
Ensure accurate order picking packing and dispatch while maintaining high service levels.
Coordinate with suppliers millers and vendors to ensure adequate stock availability and quality
Work closely with logistics vendors to plan and optimize transportation schedule and routes and
ensure timely dispatch of supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation practices to prevent spoilage and wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and regulatory standards throughout the fulfillment
process.
Resolve operational issues customer complaints and delivery discrepancies promptly.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve customer
satisfaction.
Train and guide internal and external fulfilment staff to maintain high performance and adherence to
quality standards and safety protocols.
Generate reports on order processing stock movement and performance metrics.
Maintain close working relationship with millers suppliers and transporters. Visit all our partner mills
and warehouses on a regular basis.
