JD:
- Experience in Kubernetes & related ecosystem. Includes cluster administration create operators/controllers to automate tasks maintain scaling and reliability of the workload.
- Good tohave a programming background. Experience & proficiency preferably in TypeScript / Go Lang.
- Infrastructure as a code configuration as a code AWS CDK
- Good to have deep understanding and experience on AWS cloud platform. Well versed with services in Networking EKS and ecosystem Security Application Integration & Observability aspects.
- Good to Have: Prioritising automation in all aspects with a mindset and goal to reduce toil improve reliability and gain efficiency in operational tasks.
- Good to Have: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts and automated tools such as Docker AWS CodeBuild Code Pipeline GIT Hub Workflows.
- Good to Have: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana Dynatrace Splunk AWS CloudWatch etc.
- Good to Have: Service mesh tools - Istio
- Investigate new technologies and device methodologies to onboard them in cloud ecosystem in an automated manner.
- Modern DevOps mindset using best of breed open source and leading Infrastructure as Code SCM tools for example CDK Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent understanding of Scalability processes and techniques.
- Proven ability to work remotely with teams of various sizes in same/different timezones from anywhere and remain highly motivated productive and organized.
