Job Description:
Urgent requirement for an Interim Hospital IT Director to support Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services. The role requires leadership and oversight of hospital IT operations in a healthcare setting ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level IT leadership for hospital operations.
Oversee IT projects systems and technology strategy.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure IT support meets organizational goals.
Manage 50% onsite presence flying in/out of Albuquerque as required.

Required Skills:

Healthcare/hospital IT experience is a must.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage IT operations and staff effectively.
Flexible and able to travel as required.

Previous experience as Hospital IT Director or equivalent leadership role in healthcare.
Experience with hybrid onsite/remote management.
