Job Summary

Manager Notes:

These positions are onsite WHQ for the hybrid work schedule
Project: Development of a new Nike Media Platform tool supporting images and video asset management and ongoing enhancements. The engineer will support both internal and external end users.
Must Have; React JavaScript Typescript Terraform AWS Lambdas.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design and implementation of user-facing features in web applications.
Design scalable and maintainable frontend architectures
Conduct and participate in code reviews.
Optimize frontend performance.
Write unit and end-to-end tests.
Maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate closely with backend developers designers and other team members.

Skills

Proficiency in React TypeScript JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS).
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Integration with RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with Git and related workflows.
Familiarity with build tools (Webpack Babel npm/yarn).
Debugging using browser developer tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

Requirements

Must have 8-10 YOE minimum as a senior level front-end engineer from large scale enterprise level environments
Proficient with React JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem.
Expert in Figma and the ability to understand business use cases for UX in functioning code

Nice to Haves

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
