Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) preference assessments and other behavior-analytic assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and goals aligned with client needs.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy when necessary and model interventions for staff.
- Supervise coach and train behavior therapists / RBTs ensuring procedural integrity and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and analyze progress data adjust treatment as needed and prepare progress reports for clients families and funding sources.
- Collaborate with families schools and other professionals (e.g. speech OT special education) to support generalization of skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory licensing and insurance requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings professional development and ongoing training.
- Assist in program development quality assurance and expanding services.
- Travel between client and clinic sites as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation treatment logs notes and reporting systems.
- Uphold ethical standards client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BCBA certification (or eligible)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience delivering ABA services to children with autism / developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising direct care staff and providing training
- Strong data analysis skills; ability to use behavior-tracking and data software
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills with families and professionals
- Ability to travel between multiple sites; valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory legal and insurance requirements
- Ability to pass background checks health screenings etc.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence
Preferred / Desirable Qualities
- Experience in an educational/nonpublic school setting
- Familiarity with funding/reimbursement processes (insurance Medicaid regional centers)
- Leadership or program development experience
