Were seeking a visionary Assistant Vice President to provide strategic leadership for our fundraising programs focusing on corporate and foundation relations while advancing the College of Health College of Education and University Research Centers & Institutes.

This position is a Grade: 13 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $145000 - $163430 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for corporate and foundation relations (CFR) fundraising programs
Build and expand philanthropic partnerships with corporations foundations and non-profit organizations
Guide fundraising initiatives for College of Health College of Education and select Vice Provost Initiatives
Collaborate closely with Provost Vice Provost for Research and college deans on strategic planning
Lead mentor and provide accountability for team of development professionals
Develop and execute strategies to maximize philanthropic investment and sponsored research opportunities
Strengthen support for Lehighs research priorities and academic innovation initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters Degree preferred
Eight or more years of related work experience
Proven ability to successfully cultivate solicit and close six and seven figure gifts
Significant experience in corporate and foundation relations sponsored research fundraising or related areas strongly preferred
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
Experience working in higher education environment preferred
