About the Internship:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated management students or recent graduates to join our Sales and Customer Care team as interns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer interaction lead generation client relationship management and overall business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
• Support Customer Care in handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain CRM databases and prepare sales reports
• Participate in on-field customer visits and marketing activities (if required)
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing deliveries and service-related support
• Help in organizing promotional events and campaigns

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management (BBA or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Having a valid 2-wheeler driving license is a plus (for field visits if needed)
