Who are we looking for

GHD North America is seeking a Lead - Onshore Windto build capability inCanadaand selectedU.S.markets.
You will leverage early-phase studiesincluding environmental and permitting assessments geotechnical investigations and site feasibility analysesas strategic entry points then expand intoEnergy Systems Integration (ESI)andhybridofferings withBESS while providingowners engineeringand delivery support.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of duties and will see you involved in:

• Lead market strategy prioritizingenvironmental and frontend engineeringengagements that integrate withBESSandT&D; coordinate withClean Powerleadership forbundled offerings.
• Directresource assessment constraints mapping and micrositing; preparelayouts specificationsandCAPEX/OPEXinputs; reviewOEM tendersandthirdparty designs.
• Undertake/overseeLCOE analysesandtechnoeconomic modelling.
• Build a multidisciplinary team; leverageGlobal Collaboration Centresto standardize deliverables andscale costcompetitively.

What you bring to the team:

• 1015 yearsinonshore winddevelopment/design/permitting withNorth Americandelivery experience in all aspects of windfarms including site development and servicing
• Strongclient networkwithdevelopers utilities and OEMs; proven capture ofmultiproject frameworksandowners engineerroles.
• Offshore wind experience and solar PV would be an asset

The successful candidate will also have to meet the following requirements:

• Engineering or environmental degree;./PE(or eligibility) preferred;bilingual English/Frenchan asset.
• Excellentcrossdisciplinary coordinationandcommunicationskills; willingness to travel.
