Job Summary

- Conduct regular walk-throughs to enforce safety policies.
- Perform equipment checks cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist with front desk tasks including client check-ins and scheduling.
- Help with administrative tasks and special projects such as wellness challenges or community events.
- Evening and weekends hours to assist the coaches in room turnover
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced fitness staff.
- Attend workshops and professional development sessions.
- Gain experience with different training techniques.
- Educational background: Perfect for highschool student wanting to learn the industry
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with fitness management software.
