Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to manage daily cooking and cleaning duties for one of our clients. The ideal candidate is efficient organized and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking Duties:

Plan prepare and cook healthy and delicious daily meals.
Conduct grocery shopping ensuring the selection of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Operate and manage all kitchen activities ensuring a smooth workflow.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in food storage and preparation.

Cleaning Duties:

To ensure all surfaces including furniture fixtures and floors are thoroughly cleaned and dusted.
To clean and sanitize all bathrooms including toilets showers sinks and mirrors.
To maintain the kitchen by cleaning countertops appliances and ensuring dishes are washed and put away.
To manage waste by emptying all trash bins and ensuring proper disposal.
To keep floors throughout the home clean by sweeping mopping or vacuuming as appropriate

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a cleaner or cook
Good understanding of cooking methods ingredients and kitchen safety.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Must be an Anglophone or proficient in English.
Minimum education: Ordinary Level (OL).
