We are excited to announce this opportunity within our Planning Land Use Strategy Housing & Infrastructure (PLUSHI) division.
The Role
Our Senior Manager Business Services provides oversight of business services and operational functions across the Planning Group. The role leads and contributes to business improvement and optimisation initiatives by developing implementing and maintaining systems policies and processes that enhance efficiency strengthen operational effectiveness and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the Planning Group.
The role is responsible for delivering efficient transparent and compliant business operations that reduce administrative burdens enabling front-line planning and delivery teams to remain focused on achieving planning outcomes. This includes the management of day-to-day operational functions financial administration governance of information assets and optimisation of resources to strengthen organisational capability and support long-term sustainability.
You will bring
Relevant experience in one or more of the following fields: business administration human resources finance risk and assurance audit corporate governance legal government policy ministerial services and/or secretariat and practical knowledge of the working of government and its processes.
