Job Summary

LGTC Group is currently seeking a highly organized and compassionateLead Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team in Campbell. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about providing structure and support within a mental health and eating disorder treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight

Manage day-to-day program operations for the San Jose site and escalate issues to leadership when needed
Ensure clients are properly checked in programs are initiated and all authorizations are in place
Audit daily client check-in/check-out forms
Confirm group sessions are loaded into the EHR each week
Ensure prior day attendee notes are completed and submitted
Maintain updated inventory lists and ensure the milieu is clean and organized
Monitor the ED Program Census and report any concerns

Schedule Management

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full program coverage
Handle PTO requests and coverage before approval
Adjust schedules as needed to support client care and staff availability
Maintain an updated PTO calendar
Introduce a new theme for the program schedule each month

Floor Staff Oversight

Supervise and support floor staff ensuring adherence to LGTC policies and procedures
Provide performance feedback mentorship and conflict resolution
Lead daily staff huddles with leadership support
Oversee onboarding for new floor staff including training checklists and schedules
