Description of the role:
Assist the Chef in leading kitchen operations at Burr Oak Lodge and Conference Center in Glouster OH.
Responsibilities:
- Manage line and prep production to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen through proper food ordering receiving and storage.
- Train and coach kitchen staff effectively.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of full-service restaurant kitchen experience as a line cook preferre.
- State-specific licenses or certificates as needed.
