Job Summary

Description of the role:

Assist the Chef in leading kitchen operations at Burr Oak Lodge and Conference Center in Glouster OH.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage line and prep production to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen through proper food ordering receiving and storage.
  • Train and coach kitchen staff effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of full-service restaurant kitchen experience as a line cook preferre.
  • State-specific licenses or certificates as needed.
