Job Title: ESL Teacher (Spanish)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic ESL Teacher to provide English language instruction and essential life skills training to adult learners as part of a workplace education initiative. The role focuses on improving English proficiency digital and financial literacy and workplace communication for employees in a professional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging ESL lessons using a structured curriculum designed for adult learners.
Teach English communication skills grammar vocabulary and cultural understanding.
Integrate instruction on financial literacy digital literacy and workplace readiness.
Support a diverse classroom of 1015 adult learners with varying English proficiency levels.
Track attendance progress and performance of students accurately.
Participate in staff meetings trainings and curriculum planning sessions.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Teams Excel Word) for lesson planning communication and reporting.
Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs and goals.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in English with the ability to teach grammar and communication effectively.
Prior experience teaching adults in ESL workplace education or adult learning programs.
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Teams Excel Word).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping diverse learners succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

ESL or TESOL certification.
Bachelors degree in Education English Linguistics or a related field.
Experience teaching in multicultural or workplace-based settings.
Spanish language proficiency (a plus but not required).
