Are you passionate about languages and connecting with global talent IQVIA Language Solutions is looking for a Translation Talent Recruiter to help us build a world-class network of linguists and localization professionals.
As part of our international team of language experts and SMEs youll play a key role in delivering high-quality translation services that support life sciences innovation. What Youll Do:
- Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts.
- Maintain and manage linguist databases performance records and contact info.
- Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications.
- Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs.
- Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists.
- Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.
What You Bring:
- Experience in international environments and multitasking with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating change and ambiguity.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies.
- Fluency in one or more non-English languages.
- Experience managing freelance linguist databases contracts and payments.
- Background in language servicesespecially in life sciencesis a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and Office applications.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in linguistics business HRor 2 years in vendor management within the language services industry.
