Job Summary
Your mission
Were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to become the go-to frontend expert within our Growth Engineering team. This team operates at the intersection of product marketing and engineering focusing on technical initiatives that directly drive user acquisition activation retention and monetization.
While your primary focus will be frontend development in Angular youll also contribute to backend services () as we continue to build a scalable enterprise-ready platform.
You wont just ship new features youll refine how users experience the product at every step ensuring each interaction across the user journey is intuitive and frictionless.

In this role you will
- OwnthefrontendofthedeskbirdApplicationPlatform(100000monthlyactiveusers)ensuringahigh-qualityscalableandmaintainableAngularcodebase.
- ContributetoboththedesignandimplementationofAPIsandbackendservicesensuringefficientreliabledataflowsthroughoutthesystem.
- Analyzeuserbehaviortogetherwithdataandproductteamstouncoverdrop-offpointsanddesigntechnicalsolutionstoimproveactivationandretention.
- Integrateandoptimizetoolingincludingthird-partysystemsforanalyticssalesautomationanddatatracking.
- Coachandreviewotherdevelopersraisingthebarforfrontendengineeringqualityacrosstheplatform.
- PartnerwithproductmarketingandUXtovalidateideasearlyiteratequicklyandshipimpactfulimprovements.
- Lead cross-cutting technical initiatives establishing best practices and shaping frontend architecture across teams.
What you need to be successful
- Must be located in the EU or UK
- 6 years of full-stack web development experience with deep expertise in frontend engineering (Angular TypeScript RxJS).
- Atrackrecordoftranslatingcomplexdesignsintohigh-qualitymaintainablecode.
- Hands-onexperiencewithreusablecomponentsdesignsystemsandtoolssuchasStorybook.

- Strongunderstandingofperformanceoptimizationaccessibilityandmodernwebarchitecturebestpractices.
- CuriosityandfluencyinAI-assisteddevelopmenttools().
- StrongcommunicationskillsinEnglishwiththeabilitytoworkcross-functionallyandcollaboratively.
- Experience integrating web applications with business and analytics tools (HubSpot Mixpanel Jimo etc.).
Bonus points for:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with GCP.
