We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in San Diego CA.This role focuses on providing friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.
Essential Functions:
Provides friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.
Performs set-up and maintenance of customer accounts.
Receives researches and resolves customer issues.
Serves as a liaison between assigned department and other areas of the bank to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am - 5pm
Qualifications:
Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 4 years of related customer service experience.
Full application of customer service techniques and practices.
Knowledge of operational procedures of the assigned department.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel software.
