Role Responsibilities:

• Identify pursue and close new business opportunities across APAC
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue & Margin targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new solutions improve customer support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools including Leveraging Sales tools to win
• Price to win by gathering Market Pricing insights across channels and regions to develop price/product solutions

Minimum Requirements:

We are looking for people who are sales driven. If this is you get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• 3-7 years experience in Sales/Business Development
• Proven Track Record of exceeding sales/margin targets
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience in HVAC Aftermarket is a major plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment
