THE POSITION: STACKs People Operations Generalist is a people-focused HR professional with a keen eye for detail and an obsession with accuracy & consistency. The ideal candidate can balance reporting and administration with employee-facing support for day-to-day issues and questions. As part of our People & Culture team the People Operations Generalist will be asked to jump in with creativity & enthusiasm to provide support in a variety of functional areas that arise in People & Culture. - Collaborate with People & Culture team to create and execute best policies and practices across all departments.
- Provide support to the onboarding process including background checks orientation of new hires and ongoing support to ensure employees experience a seamless transition to our company.
- Provide assistance and responsive support to employees with People & Culture questions.
- Assist with the goal setting performance review and calibration process.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (updated on internal portal and handbook addendums posters at locations); assist with compliance of the annual employee handbook sign-off.
- Maintain and utilize HR information systems for data management and business requests for reporting.
- Support the launch and follow-up on employee engagement surveys and onboarding surveys; assist with post-survey focus groups.
- Manage our Lunch & learn initiative - plan schedule host lunch & learn sessions for employees.
- Provide administrative support with our recognition platform monitor reporting on participation in recognition program.
- Project manage other People & Culture departmental initiatives as they arise.
THE DETAILS: - Location: DEN
- Travel: Up to 10%
- Compensation: $ 60000 to $70000
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years in HR including handling HR administration
- Experience supporting HR function
- Familiarity with HR databases Workday preferred
- Excellent presentation time management organization attend to detail and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint
