Growing Neenah manufacturer is looking to add an experienced general labor to their team. This temp to hire opportunity offers the opportunity to work in a safety conscious environment and will allow the advancement of your metal finishing skills.

Work Hours (Shift) 1st & 2nd shift-

Starting Pay $21.25

Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience At least 2 years of experience

As a general labor you will be an essential part of the fabrication team doing work around the fabrication shop as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for general labor tasks in assisting overall production of the shop.
We are looking for employees who are hardworking reliable and detail oriented.

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand work instructions.
Ability to work quickly accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fabrication shop experience is strongly desired but not required.
Understanding of Job Shop processes a plus.
Must have ability to lift up to 50lbs.
