Job Summary
Position Summary:
Were looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Shuttle Transportation Driver to join our Human Resources team at Sodexo Live! In this vital role youll be responsible for transporting team members between work locations in a timely courteous and professional manner. As the face of our internal transportation service youll ensure every ride is safe smooth and welcoming.
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma some college and/or appropriate combination of education and work experience to support on-the-job effectiveness.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Have a valid Drivers License.
- Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents speeding and safety -violations.
- Able to push stand stoop bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to work flexible working schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Safely operate a company shuttle vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and internal policies.
Follow established routes and schedules to ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of employees.
Provide outstanding customer service-greeting all passengers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
Assist employees with work-related equipment as needed during loading and unloading.
Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Immediately report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
Answer employee questions about routes schedules and locations.
