The Role
Were seeking an experiencedProgram Leadto drive global SAP transformation initiatives with a focus onPP/MMinmanufacturing and life sciences. Youll own executive reporting program governance and cross-workstream execution for high-budget multi-site programs in Fortune-scale environments.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-endSAP PP/MMprogram delivery across global teams
- Own integrated planRAID and leadership reporting
- Drive governance risk/issue management and escalation resolution
- Partner with executives to align strategy milestones and outcomes
- Oversee mobilization cutover and hypercare readiness
Required Experience
- 10 yearsprogram/project leadership (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
- Prior role on a long term project for at least 2-3 years
- Proven delivery of verylarge global SAP S/4HANA or ECC programs(PP/MM emphasis) with total project budget north of $500MM
- Industry expertise inManufacturing & Life Sciences(regulatory/validation savvy)
- Executive presence with C-suite stakeholder management
- Methodologies:SAFe Agile Waterfall; SAP Activate
- Exceptional communication conflict resolution and leadership
