Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone email or chat to understand their travel preferences budgets and requirements.
  
• Research destinations accommodations transportation options and activities to provide personalized recommendations.
  
• Coordinate and book flights hotels tours and other travel-related services.
  
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends safety guidelines and destination information to ensure clients receive the best advice.
  
• Handle changes cancellations and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
• Previous experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  
• Proficiency with computers
