Job Summary
This Program Manager assists The Program Director and Client Services Managers with the program management of key banking and remediation matters. The PM plays a key role in interfacing between the Client Client Services and client operations. Internally they coordinate with our CSMs a team of project managers or associate project managers contract attorneys data analysts product developers call center supervisors disbursement specialists and other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met.

As a Program Manager you will:
- Monitor program progress ensuring alignment with objectives and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with program directors executives and stakeholders on goals risks and status updates.
- Identify interdependencies across projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Assist with budget planning monthly revenue forecasting and invoice reconciliation.
- Support Program Director and Client Services Managers (CSMs) with financial tracking and reporting to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Project Execution & Resource Management
- Ensure project teams deliver on scope timeline and quality expectations.
- Provide oversight and strategic guidance across verticals ensuring cross-project synergy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support development of risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor performance metrics to uphold high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance internal workflows and service delivery models.
- Establish and refine assessment protocols for ongoing improvement and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between program teams and executive leadership.
- Interface directly with clients to capture needs resolve escalations and ensure service excellence.
- Proactively address client concerns and promote long-term partnership success.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- 5 years previous experience in program management project management and team management. Professional PMP certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred.
- A bachelors degree is required. A Juris Doctorate (JD) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degree is preferred.
- A strong technical orientation excellent computer skills exceptional planning and organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are all required.
- Candidates with prior banking or financial service industry experience will be strongly preferred. Prior client service/project management experience is also preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills are required with a variety of clients internal partners and executives.
