GGG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. The FSQA Coordinator will support the maintenance of our food safety programs ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains ensuring all records are accurate complete and up to date.
- Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements.
- Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up to date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains.
- Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in food safety quality assurance or an administrative support role
- Thorough attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains Repositrak FoodLogiQ and Share-ify is a plus
Salary: $46400 - $69600 annually. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
