Job Summary
- Take ownership of creative direction for studio lifestyle and eventbased video content.
- Lead shoot planning story boarding and production schedules in coordination with the Editorial and Commercial teams.
- Film edit and deliver highvolume highimpact socialfriendly videos across all major platforms.
- Oversee junior content creators reviewing edits providing feedback and ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Editorial team to adapt written stories into engaging visual pieces.
- Support the Commercial team in producing branded content packages and campaign coverage.
- Manage studio operations ensure technical readiness and maintain production standards.
- Edit with precision balancing quick turnaround with creative quality.
- Keep video formats current with the latest platform trends transitions and effects.
- Contribute innovative ideas for new show formats recurring segments and storytelling improvements.
- Support reporting and tracking of content performance to refine creative strategy continuously.
Requirements
- 46 years of professional experience in video creation editing and storytelling ideally within digital media lifestyle or socialfirst brands.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or CapCut with strong knowledge of modern social editing techniques.
- Skilled in studio and onlocation filming managing lighting framing and sound for short-form video.
- Proven experience leading video projects from ideation to publishing.
- Understanding of brand tone narrative structure and editorial integration.
- Ability to coach and guide junior video team members in filming style workflow and editing techniques.
- Strong eye for visual composition pacing and creative rhythm matching audience trends.
- Comfortable collaborating crossfunctionally with Editorial Commercial and Production teams.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Required Skills:
13 years of experience in digital media lifestyle journalism or content creation. Excellent writing and translation skills in Arabic and English. Proficient in Canva or similar design tools for lightweight mobilefirst visuals. Confident filming and editing short vertical videos on a mobile phone. Knowledge of social media publishing (Instagram TikTok X Facebook YouTube). Strong awareness of current events local culture and lifestyle trends in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. Ability to craft catchy captions hashtags and tone for different platforms. Comfortable appearing or presenting on camera for Reels or short video segments.
