Job Summary
Your responsibilities
As an Intern in the Global Insights & Analytics Team you will support global performance management and reporting processes gaining hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools. You will:
Assist in designing developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across various business areas
Support the KPI scorecard publication process ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting cycles
Collaborate with the Performance Management Team to collect and analyze performance data monitor KPIs and prepare reports and insights
Help identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause investigation
Contribute to tracking and documenting action plans and performance initiatives
Work closely with experienced analysts and learn how data supports global business performance
Our requirements
Ongoing or completed degree in Business IT Economics Data Analytics or a related field
Interest in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI experience would be an asset)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proactive approach willingness to learn and team spirit
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language will be an advantage
