Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays to Saturdays 2:00 to 6:00 pm (20 hours per week)
- Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California)
Responsibilities:
Execute text message and email campaigns to re-engage past clients who havent visited recently
Create compelling we miss you messaging combined with membership offers and special pricing
Manage and organize extensive client databases and contact lists built over years of business
Track outreach campaign performance and booking conversion rates
Promote membership programs to encourage long-term client relationships
Handle incoming phone calls and text messages as business volume increases
Support general administrative tasks and client communication as role expands
Follow up systematically on outreach efforts to maximize return visits
Requirements
Strong written communication skills for text and email outreach campaigns
Experience with customer service and client relationship management
Comfortable navigating email platforms and text messaging systems
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client databases
Professional phone manner for handling incoming client communications
Bonus if you have experience in beauty wellness or service-based industries
