Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break EST
Paid hours per week: 40 Hours
- Execute marketing projects using existing templates in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Create and modify materials using Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Participate in comprehensive one-on-one training sessions with the marketing director
- Follow established job aids and processes to maintain consistent quality standards
- Maintain direct communication and collaboration with the marketing team
- Handle various marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
- Adapt and refine existing templates based on project needs
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work dedicated full-time hours with exclusive focus during business time
- Bonus if you have a graphic design or marketing background
- It helps if you already have Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office subscriptions
- Work directly with a marketing director who invests in comprehensive training
