Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to lead complex assurance engagements and mentor audit teams. This is a crucial leadership role where you will manage a diverse portfolio of MNC PLC and SME clients ensuring audit quality driving team performance and contributing to the firms growth and technical excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Lead guide and mentor audit teams managing performance reviews and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
Plan execute and complete complex audit engagements including local and international group audits in line with professional standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor to improve their processes and controls.
Review audit reports and management letters ensuring all risks are properly addressed and communicated effectively.
Manage engagement deliverables to ensure they are on time within budget and meet rigorous quality and compliance standards.
Contribute to the firms growth by supporting business development initiatives training and continuous improvement in audit methodology.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an audit or professional services environment.
A Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field OR completion of a professional qualification such as ACCA CPA ICAEW or MICPA (professional qualification is required for all candidates).
Solid technical knowledge of MFRS/MPERS and International Auditing Standards.
Demonstrated leadership client management and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical commercial awareness and writing skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Proactive self-motivated with a growth mindset and a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance.
