Role Summary:

As an Application Lead you will take charge of designing building and configuring applications while serving as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in aligning project deliverables with business goals driving team performance and ensuring technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for and related technologies.
Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Own and drive team-level decisions and contribute to cross-functional planning.
Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor project milestones adjust strategies as needed and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team capability.
Promote a culture of innovation continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-have: Strong proficiency in with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
Solid understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
Proven experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Proficient in database management and data modeling.
Skilled in troubleshooting and performance optimization of applications.

Additional Details:

This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Candidates must have completed a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
