Job Description:

As a Technology Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational stability of various business system components. Your responsibilities will include resolving incidents and problems creating and implementing Requests for Change and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams. This role requires strong analytical skills a collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous learning.

Requirements
  • Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
  • Good To Have Skills:
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Familiarity with network configurations and protocols
Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
  • Additional Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
15 years full-time education
