Key responsibilities
The Utility Engineer is responsible for designing maintaining and optimizing electrical systems within the utility infrastructure. This role ensures the reliabil-ity efficiency and safety of power delivery to the company by supporting pro-jects across energy generation transmission distribution and conservation.
The primary focus of the role is to enhance cost saving increase system effi-ciency and reduce operational costs through continuous improvement and the integration of new technologies and alternative energy methods. The engineer will play a key role in identifying and implementing solutions for energy saving grid performance and equipment reliability while supporting both routine oper-ations and long-term strategic projects. The detailed responsibilities are:

1. Design plan and oversee construction and maintenance of power generation transmission and distribution systems
understanding of electrical systems and utility equipment to de-sign evaluate and maintain these systems effectively.
problem-solving abilities to identify and address any issues or mal-functions in the electric utility systems.
attention to detail to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems.
communication skills to coordinate with different teams explain complex concepts to non-technical staff and provide clear instructions or re-ports.
management skills to plan and oversee projects ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
to use specialized software and tools for designing and analyzing electrical systems.
industry regulations and national standards to ensure com-pliance in all operations.

and develop new projects: feasibility investigating designing plan-ning evaluating pushing and implement project.
to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
and justify the investment needs (Strategic planning: Quality productivity and efficiency).
Capex gate model to develop an idea and present it to Capex Steer committee.
support for the investment projects throughout the execution.
manage and coordinate the implementation of the solution.
necessary economic justification date for recommended equipment.
or process improvements and evaluates new equipment for possible use to im-prove quality cost and line operating efficiencies.
management: Feasibility study concept verification supplier involve technical evaluation development tendering engineering manufacture shop test trial production acceptance warranty and so on. Also include the paper release and documents work.
implement the companys project management standards manage project scope progress quality personnel and risks follow up and evaluate project issues requirements and tasks promote problem-solving carry out on-site project deployment and ensure project quality.
project lifetime management: equipment part list maintenance checking list spare parts fixed asset training TCO WI/SOP and so on.
up the project equipment performance after Final acceptance such as trouble shooting CT quality running cost improvement and optimize reach supplier for claim if needed.

Duties
and develop maintenance SOPs and WOs for responsible equipment and areas
electrical maintenance SOPs and WOs according to priorities and im-prove when necessary.
out training to operators about SOPs and WO implementation.
up Checklist for the responsible equipment.
during Emergency repairs with relevant parties and issue investi-gation reports including countermeasures and solutions.
out calibration/austerity inspection of electrical devices together with related interior/exterior parties.
routine/weekly routine to check status of equipment and update the maintenance plan according to the actual condition on site.
GTR about the utility equipment maintenance and installation standards that need to include but are not limited to the cables cabinets and brands etc. when necessary.
plan execution of implementation of preventive maintenance
yearly preventive maintenance plan and implement when necessary
overhaul plans and continuously improving the patrol and checking plan.
the continuous improvement plan to ensure equipment runs in optimal conditions (running cost quality cycle time etc.).
or supervise the equipment repair for breakdown.
and organize major repairs.
all the maintenance work has SOPs.
EAIR study and solution for improvement to avoid or reduce the equipment breakdown time.
the equipment daily checklist execute according to the require-ments.
management control
the potential risk of critical equipment failure study. Implement improvement and contingency action.
potential safety and environmental issues and solving solutions.
the safety education continuously.
follow and analysis the improvement projects implementation situa-tion for the delivery time and cost. Make a rehearsal plan for the new facility equipment when necessary.
parts management utility data daily management and others for cost control
and analysis data to achieve the power control targets.
power saving ideas and put into action.
the annual budget and follow up.
and assist to ensure spending is in line with approved budget.
that spare parts are ordered in advance for the planned mainte-nance service.

improvement: A drive for continuous improvement staying up-dated on new technologies and identifying opportunities to enhance automa-tion solutions.
the planning and development of processes and equipment that incorporate the most advanced cost-effective technology for engine assembly machining measurement and material handling.
good ideas for Projects automation and continuous improvement in the factory.
with quality and production to identify gaps between current process and standardized work and develop corrective actions
and solve process and quality problems for assigned processes
closely with maintenance engineering to upgrade maintenance plans and spare parts minimum stock.
closely with the design team to improve container design.

We are looking for
1-Bachelors degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Energy Engineering or a closely related discipline.
2-Solid foundation in power generation transmission distribution protection and control.
3-Familiarity with Chinese grid codes standards regulations and safety norms.
4-Proficiency with engineering tools/software used in power systems (e.g. load flow software protection coordination SCADA/EMS CAD)
5-Experience in projects involving substations transmission lines distribution networks or renewables is often preferred.
6-Good English both oral and written.
7-MS office and ERP system
8-Flexible in the case of overtime and task assignments
9-Dedicated self-motivated self-driven result-oriented trustful fact-based decision maker hardworking and strong responsibility high sense of time and qualified time management.
10-Good teamwork player leadership and management skill. Excellent commu-nication and cooperation skill
