The Role
As Senior Property Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance client relations and staff development while ensuring properties are well-maintained fiscally sound and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance audits and compliance
- Oversee vendor management service contracts and performance reviews
- Enforce condominium by-laws and declarations across assigned sites
- Prepare and review annual budgets reserve fund plans and financial reports
- Conduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs deficiencies and insurance claims
- Coordinate and attend board meetings AGMs and special meetings
- Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance
- Lead and develop on-site teams including hiring training and scheduling
- Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiatives
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in residential condominium property management
- CMRAO General License (required)
- RCM designation (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Organized self-directed and calm under pressure
