The Role

As Senior Property Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance client relations and staff development while ensuring properties are well-maintained fiscally sound and compliant.



Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance audits and compliance
  • Oversee vendor management service contracts and performance reviews
  • Enforce condominium by-laws and declarations across assigned sites
  • Prepare and review annual budgets reserve fund plans and financial reports
  • Conduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs deficiencies and insurance claims
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings AGMs and special meetings
  • Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Lead and develop on-site teams including hiring training and scheduling
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiatives


Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in residential condominium property management
  • CMRAO General License (required)
  • RCM designation (preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Organized self-directed and calm under pressure
